- (3/29/08) SUPERSCAPE PREVIEW SET II
Superscape is coming along nicely (and faster than I anticipated). There are now nine completed tracks, eight of which I've now featured in a second preview set! This set is not intended to replace the previous one (still offered below) because it features new portions of each of those songs in addition to the three new ones you haven't heard. This set contains portions of, in order, "Hothead", "Fields of Black", "Transparent", "Arboria", "Lightfighter", "The Witching Hour", "In the Mist", and "Oil and Mud". Superscape will be completed in June of 2008! Download the new set below.
- (1/18/08) SUPERSCAPE PREVIEW SET I
Superscape is my forthcoming second album. Five tracks are currently completed for it and another two are in progress, though I want to complete at least twelve total before I can call the album finished. I consider my work in Superscape to be my best to date, but judge for yourself! Below you can download the first preview set (I did the same with Antechamber) which features portions of all five currently completed tracks for you to sample! In order, this set contains portions of "Hothead", "Fields of Black", "The Witching Hour", "In the Mist", and "Arboria". Enjoy! A second preview set will be released in several months, featuring new portions of each above track along with portions of new tracks.
- (11/5/07) HOTHEAD
Below in the Old Music section you'll see a track called Ice Forest which I entered back in 2005 for the OVGMC music competition (where songs are made based on a constricting theme), where I did reasonably well. I decided in September of this year to at last rejoin the competition and give my skills a jump-start. The theme songs were based on this time was a "futuristic, post-apocalyptic, high-speed racing background theme". Quite a mouthful. Hothead is the result of all this. Needless to say, I was quite happy to find that I took first place in the competition with my entry! This gave me the right to choose the following month's theme, which resulted in The Witching Hour, another track on Superscape. All that said, Hothead is available below, which makes it the first track to be released from this album.

- (6/30/07) ANTECHAMBER
Antechamber is my debut album. It features 12 tracks with various
styles, ranging from ambience, rock, drum and bass, and orchestral.
Most of the time, more than one of these is featured in each track. Visit the Antechamber page for more information and the download link.

OLD TUNES
Anthrax - Noisecore/Drum&Bass/Ambient. Be prepared for loudness, quickness, and if you're weird like me, a good time. I've been told this was my best work at the time. To get those strange shrieks and scraping noises I shoved Photoshop files into an audio editor and actually ripped the interpreted "sounds" produced by the raw data. (May 2006)
(DOWNLOAD - 6.3M - 4:35)
Cars - Drum&Bass/Rock. Synth guitars sound bad, but I'm still happy with how this track turned out. I've always wanted to revamp this with better sounds - maybe at some point I will. Either way, I still think it's enjoyable as is. It features car sound effects in rhythm, lots of layers and good energy. (April 2006)
(DOWNLOAD - 5.8M - 4:14)
Flare - Techno/Chiptune/Dance. While I'd hesitate to call this a chiptune I have trouble really describing it otherwise. It's a happy, quick, beat-driven piece with a bunch of synths layered on top of each other. Looking back on this song, I really could have done much better and much more with it, but it's still fun. (January 2006)

Ice Forest - Electronica. This is one of those tracks I couldn't really categorize and one of the reasons I decided on "Antipode" in the first place. This was inspired by the competition OVGMC3 over at OCRemix a few years ago, with the constricting theme being a "gloomy forest". I decided to put a bit of a twist on it. Incidentally, though this was one of my earlier tracks, I managed 8th place out of around 25 or more in the competition, so I was happy with that. I liked the combination of sounds in this one. (December 2006)
(DOWNLOAD - 6.5M - 4:43)
Gravity - Techno/Industrial. Again, this isn't really either of the styles I categorize it as, but that's about the closest I can think of. This track is split half and half, the first being mellow and flowing, the second rough and quick. This was the third song I had done, if you count Trance. This was the first song I had finished, however, that I was actually satisfied with. (December 2005)

Trance - Ambient. I couldn't sleep at around midnight one night, so I started up the computer, made this, left it playing, and it put me right out. I have a looping version (which I used) and a finished version (made the following day). This was the first "song" I ever finished (excluding the many experiments from 2004), and features slow, drifting synths and deep bass. Incidentally, I recommend you download the looped version instead of the complete version. It's really the way I intended it to be and loops perfectly (excluding some programs such as Winamp, which tend to make a hiccup whenever it repeats). I'm still offering both to those who might want it. If you do plan to set the loop running, try playing it in either an audio program like Goldwave which doesn't create that gap when looping or, ideally, in iTunes with a one second crossfade turned on.
